What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors are often captivated by the stunning architecture of Correos buildings, frequently mistaking them for palaces. However, experiences with postal services can be inconsistent, with common complaints about long waits and delivery issues. Despite service frustrations, the visual appeal and historical significance of these structures make them worthwhile destinations.
"That is the only delivery entity that has lied twice in a row, falsely claiming “I was absent” without any notification or proof. Naturally, there is no evidence—because they lied.
I had to go to their office to retrieve my package, which was supposed to be delivered directly to my flat. At the office, they demanded a physical TIE and refused to accept official electronic documents, openly disregarding Spanish laws on electronic signatures.
In the end, the lie of their worker carried more weight than my words, and I wasted an unacceptable amount of time just to obtain what should have been delivered. And now, I am forced to go back to their office yet again.
I attempted to help their worker complete the job and deliver the package as ordered, but they refused. Since they insist on a reclamation, they will receive many—on every possible level I can reach."

"I have used their services many times, and they were always attentive."

"Last week, I went to deliver an envelope, and I needed the invoice because it was a shipment made at work, which I had to invoice. I was in the office for 40 minutes because of the long line, and on top of that, when they did serve me, the service was slow. They charged me a different rate of 15 euros, when my colleagues send the same shipment every month and it costs them 8 euros. I let them know that I needed an invoice, and I don't know what the problem was, but I left without one. Today I'm back to deliver a meager package of a Shein water bottle, and after waiting 20 minutes, they won't accept the shipment because it can't be sealed with tape, but instead requires it to be sealed with another specific tape, and for some reason or other, they can't provide it to me when they obviously have one. I know it's not their duty to package it for me, but a little flexibility and consideration when the occasion calls for it wouldn't hurt. I've sent many, if not all, sealed packages to other post offices, and they've never once given me any trouble. In fact, they once helped me send a small bag that had remnants of a sticker with my information on it, and they gave me another one so I could send it in better condition. I won't go back to this office again, especially not to be served by the same person who, coincidentally, helped me these two times. Terrible service."
