"Don’t know what to say really No signage whatsoever and its all shut up ! Turns out form something else we read that its only open Sat and Sun mornings for tours but we weren’t able to find out if that was true or whether tours needed to be booked as Cehegin tourist info office was also closed during our visit there so all very disappointing Suggest you phone Tourist info well ahead to enquire before wasting your time as we did"

"The best thing is that the tour is compulsorily guided, because despite the city's importance in the Iberian, Roman, and Visigothic worlds, the remains that have been highlighted so far provide little insight into the history, especially if you go with little information, as we did. The cost is a paltry €2 per person."
