"The new archaeological museum is now located in a palatial home, in the house of the Marchioness of Valero de Palma, located at 3 Cavallers Street. Numerous archaeological remains have been found on this street. The visit is free. The building is worth a visit; the vaulted basement, the staircase that forms the backbone of the building, the paving are impressive.
The obvious effort to museumize the artifacts is evident, as are the information panels. However, for a town with so many archaeological sites, it is somewhat lacking in terms of exhibits. This is likely due to the fact that there are still collections preserved in the castle, which previously housed the Denia Archaeological Museum."
