What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Club Náutico Lago de Arcos offers a beautiful lakeside setting with opportunities for water sports and relaxation on its artificial beach. While the location is a major draw, visitors should be prepared for potentially slow service, limited toilet facilities, and the occasional billing discrepancy. Despite these drawbacks, many find the scenic environment and activities make for an enjoyable experience.
"Abuelita loca!
My wife bought a drink here, costing €2. She paid with a €5, and was waiting for her change, but the waitress, an older lady, thought she had been given a €2 coin. That's OK, people make mistakes, and we weren't even that bothered. But the lady went crazy, shouting, waving her arms around and putting her hands on my wife aggressively. We also saw this same lady screaming at another customer who was trying to move a table slightly (these are plastic tables!). She was screeching and pulling the table back like a tug of war. I would say it's poor service but this goes beyond anything that could be called service. An absolute lunatic that shouldn't be working near other people"

"Pleasant surroundings, slow serving food, seranito served without the green peppers, they charged us for Bacardi's we did not have, only one toilet and people were changing clothes in there, so we had to queue for a long time, no soap or hand dryer. Not a nice experience."
