"According to several signs, there is a viewpoint on the way down to the dam, but the viewpoint in question is just a small car hookup in a cave on the way down.
So many signs confused us, and we were expecting something urbanized and decent, but not this.
We traveled many kilometers thinking about taking some photos and spending some time there, but we couldn't stop at the "viewpoint.""
