"To me seems like and abandoned historic site, why?. So gorgeous to the eyes from far away but when you get closed is a total mess , dirty and eyesore.
City needs to step up on this corner of the city, this are between playa la Rada end and the Port seems abandoned .
Hope next year I can change my opinion about area.
