"The Plaza de Toros de Granada, also known as the Granada Bullring, is a historic bullfighting arena located about a 20 minute walk from the old town heart of the city. Opened in 1928, the bullring showcases a blend of Neomudéjar and Neoclassical architectural styles, featuring distinctive red brickwork, arches, and decorative tiles. With a seating capacity of around 12,000 spectators, it hosts traditional bullfights primarily during the city's annual Feria del Corpus Christi.
Beyond bullfighting, the Plaza de Toros de Granada also serves as a venue for concerts, cultural events, and other public gatherings, making it an important cultural landmark in the city.
I visited in June 2024 to see a music concert of local Grenadian band, La Plazuela. It was epic. Packed house. The band is one of the best in Spain at the moment. Overall experience at the venue was good. Very organized entrance, large space with both seating and standing tickets. They did run out of beers, wine and other drinks throughout the night. Otherwise great historic spot and perfect outdoor venue for music concerts."

"Stunning architecture, a bit far from the old town but walkable (around 20 mim) on a beautiful boulevard with gorgeous buildings. Unfortunately we didn't found open ..."
