"Truly stunning location where you feel the luxury of staying in a fantastic castle. Superb Views. Swimming pool idyllic. Staff super friendly. Room lovely. So it’s a mystery why the food is so dreadful. I’m talking microwave pre made food level. Tasteless. It’s a regular issue raised in many reviews but it still hasn’t been addressed by the Parador management. So I do recommend staying here as it’s fabulous but bring a sandwich."

"An amazing location on the mountain ridge overlooking the town. Originally the site of three castles. The most recent remains as a visitor attraction and the earlier two were used in the construction of the Parador.
The menu is amazing and the pastry chef exceptional.
Lovely pool and surrounding garden.
