"Gothic in style, it's one of the oldest parish churches in Jerez. It's located near the Market Square, in the upper district. Its exterior is very interesting. The entire stone church is Gothic in style. I frequently visit the Market Square and its surroundings, but I've only found it open on Mondays, like San Lucas and San Juan de los Caballeros, which are very close by. The chapel of the Brotherhood of La Amargura is located directly opposite the headquarters of the Brotherhood of Santa Marta. Very interesting."

The vaults are a particular point of interest. The three lower bays are covered with ribbed vaults with tiercerons, while the upper two bays boast more elaborate star-shaped vaults adorned with richly decorated ribs at the keystones. This variation in vaulting suggests different construction periods, adding layers to its historical narrative.
On either side of the flat chancel, you'll find two towers. One is crowned with a pyramidal spire, and the other has a truncated top. A two-story belfry housing three bells rises on the Epistle side, contributing to the church's imposing silhouette.
