Lynn our guide took us on a journey through the history and process of breeding these beautiful horses as we walked around the stables where we could see the horses, take photos and give their noses a stroke if we wanted. We then spent an hour watching the performance where these stunning horses and their riders showed us how skilled they are, sometimes running around the arena at high speed. The skill of the riders and horses pulling the carriage was definitely a highlight. We needed to take a taxi from the train station in
Jerez out to the venue which cost us 20€ but we'll worth that extra cost."
