"A nice place worth visiting."

"This morning, while strolling through La Orotava, I went to the San Agustín Cultural Center just to have a look around, as I like historic buildings. I only intended to see the courtyard, since I have reduced mobility. However, I was utterly shocked when the doorman or teacher, named Luis, denied me access to the courtyard. He told me I wasn't going any further, that I use a cane, and that the center had been open since 9:00 AM, and it was already 10:00 AM when I arrived. I left without further ado to avoid an argument, but on my way back, after having coffee in the area, I decided to go back in to file a complaint. My surprise was even greater: they refused to give me the complaints book and told me to go to the La Orotava Town Hall. This is a joke.
The service was appalling, the staff had zero cultural awareness, and they were clearly unfit for a cultural center. The treatment was unacceptable, appalling, and deficient. I am making this public so that it doesn't happen again.
Thank you. Alexander Dorta."
