"Rude and incompetent staff (the marinero who "guided" us to our berth didn't know how to tie up a boat and was unbelievably rude, and the office staff had messed up our booking and wouldn't take responsibility for it). Facilities well below standards (filthy toilets and showers with broken doors and no toilet paper). Poor protection in south and west winds. Not enough room between the pontoons, borderline dangerous in strong winds. And it's way overpriced.
If you must stop there, you're better of anchoring outside, sandy bottom, good holding, but beware, the marina will charge you to tie up your dinghy to their dock.
Probably the worse marina in the Canaries. Avoid at all cost."
