"I visited Las Rozas Village during the holiday hoping to enjoy a relaxed shopping day, but my experience at Barbour was extremely disappointing and far from what you would expect from a premium brand.

I am a regular customer and have always been able to use my 10% EVIP card without any issues. This time, I intended to purchase a hat and a gloves set, but a senior male staff member with thinning hair and glasses refused to apply the discount, without giving any reasonable explanation. He told me very abruptly, “This is the last set. Are you buying it or not?”

I mentioned that I had already seen the exact same item at the same price in El Corte Inglés, and that if I couldn’t use my EVIP card, I would prefer to buy it elsewhere. His response was shockingly rude:
“Then buy it at El Corte Inglés.”（compratelo en Corte Inglés）

When I asked why I couldn’t use my EVIP card, he said it could “only be used when the manager is present.” I explained that inconsistent policies like this make the store lose sales and create a negative experience for VIP customers. He then replied in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner:
“I’m more VIP than you.”(soy mas vip que tú)

This is honestly the worst customer service I have experienced in Las Rozas Village. A staff member who disregards the Las Rozas village´s EVIP/discount policy， acts emotionally, and treats customers this way completely damages the brand’s image.
Although I do not expect any special treatment, I do expect basic respect while shopping. This experience has made me reluctant to return to this store. After this issue, I have no intention of returning to this store.

I sincerely hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and enhance the overall shopping experience at the Village."
