"We turned up without a reservation, but the young woman who greeted us took it in her stride. She started by apologising for her English and saying that the usual guide wasn't available - this wasn't necessary because we thought she did a great job! It was really interesting to learn about the history of the cooperative and their production methods, to see the wonderful view down to the vineyards and to visit the cellar under the volcano. We particularly enjoyed tasting the dry and semi-dry whites and took a nice bottle home with us."

"Excellent wine, their dry white wine is very smooth and has unique taste. They have tours around the winery, but u unfortunately, at the time we were there, no one was available to show us the winery. If you're interested in a tour them make sure to let them no in advance."

"This is a very laid back place for a wine tasting. We walked in and waited about 5 minutes before someone came up. Which really didn't matter to us as it was worth the wait. We tasted 4 wines, all of which were very well priced. Every wine is less than 2 euros a glass. We ended up taking 3 bottles home."
