Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Casa de la Arquitectura for its free entry and well-organized, interesting exhibitions that delve into Spanish architecture, urbanism, and sustainability. While some note it's best appreciated by those with a specific interest in architecture, the quality of the displays and the engaging explanations are consistently highlighted as positives.

"Interesting explanations about the evolution of architecture in Spain, including neoliberalism and Sustainability in architecture. The main exposition is located on the 1st floor, full of light from both sides windos. The temporary exhibitions I could visit so far are carefully organised and very interesting, like the one about the urban development, and the suspended exhibition vitrines, and Spain-China mirroring new trends in architecture and urban development. With lots of solutions for similar problems of cities centers renovation with new Nature Based Solutions and green social spaces to improve the neighborhood and community wellbeing. More space for people instead of cars. Impressive ideas of old industrial buildings renovation, like former air fuel deposits in China, and former underground heating oven installation in China. Polytechnic University of Madrid and the Polytechnic University of Shanghai did a great job!"
