"It's a shame. We've been customers for years and loved the place. It had been a while since we'd been back, so we decided to try it. We reserved a table at 10:00 PM, and when we ordered our dinner at 10:20 PM, they told us the kitchen closed at 11:00 PM (it was a Saturday). They put all the dishes on the table at once, and we told them not to do it that way, but they insisted on closing the kitchen. I asked them to please bring the torreznos even at 10:50 PM so they wouldn't get cold, and they went to ask the kitchen if it could be done that way! And they did!
In the end, the food was half-cold, the grilled ahi had a very strange presentation, the bravas didn't taste like bravas but rather like pink mayonnaise, the guacamole was full of cheese, and the bienmesabe was good.
The food tasted good, but I don't think they were polite, and in the end we had our drinks elsewhere, since they closed at midnight and were already packing up by 11:20 p.m.
A shame. It's fine for a snack while watching a football game with friends.
