"We were spoken to rudely by the bouncer and made to wait for entrance, even though we had a reservation for a large group. It was hot and crowded in the courtyard with no airflow no seating and no water. I asked for water multiple times. One server gave me white wine instead. I went to the bar to request water again because I was feeling overheated. Unfortunately no one came to my aid, and I fainted, sustaining a broken leg in the fall. An ambulance was called but the establishment made no effort to follow up with me. This unsafe environment does not ensure the safety of the patrons and is negligent by all standards.
Update: My injuries were more extensive than initially thought. It is 6 months later and I just had a total hip replacement. Not a word of apology or accountability from the establishment. All this suffering could have been prevented by a simple glass of water or a place to sit down. I learned that another patron fainted a few days after me and the staff tried to downplay it and avoided calling an ambulance. I have submitted multiple complaints and the tourism board is investigating."
