"Ignored at reception until I proceeded to enter the tour on my own, denied the first time because my reservation was for a later time so returned later - was told an English tour was no issue but when I returned later I needed to wait for an English guide eventhough supposedly it had been prearranged weeks prior when my booking was made. The museum itself is very small with maybe 20 exhibits targeted to children."
