What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the hotel's unbeatable central location and the spectacular 360 Sky Bar with its thrilling glass walkway. The exceptional breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms with great AC are frequently praised, making it a highly recommended stay for many.
"This hotel is worth every penny! It's in the heart of Madrid. La Gran Via provides access to all major attractions, restaurants, shopping stores, and airport, location is everything when traveling to a new destination. Walking distance to most must see attractions like The Royal Palace, Temple of Debod, The Royal Collections Art Gallery to name a few. Now the overall service at the RIU was 5/5!
Smooth check in, room service on point, the breakfast bar provided so many food options, a mimosa bar and great espresso coffee machines!
The breakfast staff were very accommodating and attentive. The rooms were cleaned, lobby was beautiful. AC was by far one of the best AC room experiences I have had when in Europe 10/10!
Lastly the 360 Rooftop experience was breathtaking. Though it's open to non hotel guests after certain hours, the staff prioritizes the guests upon entry which made me feel extra bougie-overall this hotel is worth every penny. Will be back for sure."

"The setting is clearly fantastic and we had a brilliant time on the rooftop bar for the evening. We paid in advance for entry and a cocktail which was overpriced, but lovely for the sunset views. We decided to stay up there and although chilly, loved the atmosphere. However, we think that if we’d have left it to the staff to host our experience, it would have been nowhere near as good - we had to insist on where we wanted sit else we’d have been put to the side and freezing with not very friendly energy."

"We actually only visited here for the roof top restaurant! Totally worth the trip up!
Greatest view of the entire city you can find!
There is a outside roof top bar the 360 rooftop, which is why we were there I think it costs 5 euros to go up and worth every penny. Then one floor down is the restaurant,
The rooftop has a clear acrylic walk way that you can see straight down 27 floors, kind scary to walk across also there is a photo deck that juts out from the building for great photo ops
the food was very good,
The service was…. Well European, slow but good
The view was astoundingly awesome"
