Personally, I do not recommend Fucking Monday or Shôko. I’ve witnessed multiple instances of discriminatory behavior from the staff, particularly toward queer individuals, often under the pretense of enforcing a “dress code.” In reality, this seems to be a thinly veiled excuse for selective and biased entry policies : especially considering the way certain other guests are allowed in without issue.
This event and club promote a narrow-minded atmosphere that feels outdated and unwelcoming. It’s high time they re-evaluate their values and adapt to be more inclusive."
