What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Monkey Park is widely praised as a fun, affordable, and engaging experience for all ages, with highlights being the close encounters and animal feeding. While some enclosures are noted as small, the park's conservation efforts and animal care are generally well-regarded. Visitors recommend arriving early to maximize enjoyment and avoid crowds.
"Definitely worth a visit! It was a really great experience, and both children and adults were very happy. The highlight was getting so close to the monkeys and other animals, which made the visit unforgettable. We bought our tickets in advance, so we didn’t have to wait in the long queue and saved a lot of time. Inside the park, you can also buy food to feed the animals, which makes the experience even more fun. The park is clean, well organised, and not overcrowded, making it perfect for families. Just make sure to come early in the morning when the animals are more active and willing to eat"

"Fun, cheap activity to do out. You can feed monkeys & guinea pigs as well as walk through avaries, lizard & lemur enclosures. Staff responded within less than 2 minutes to a guinea pig we thought needed assistance (it was fine!) This gave us further confidence for the care provided by the staff. You cannot enter the majority of the monkey enclosures understandably due to both animal & public safety. Feeding is done through bars for the monkeys which is of course not the most ethical for many. You can stay as long as you’d like and entry is €10, animal food is €3. If you pre-purchase tickets you can also skip the entry queue."

"There are some cheeky monkeys here. 😀. We came on a weekday and went for opening time. Spent about 2 hours. It isn't as wild and free as some of the reviews say, a lot of animals still captive in small areas but this place has won lots of awards so must be treating the animals good. It does get very busy so try and get there for opening time. Cheap entry costs. Lots of taxis to get you back home. Worth a visit."
