"Not much of a 'playa' at all. Almost impossible to access the water as the beach is made up of sharp rocks.
The man-made, walled, sandy areas with deckchairs on the west side of the beach (still no sea access) are owned by the hotel behind and not accessible to the public.
The only restaurant / bar doesn't open in the day. Stay on the promenade and keep walking to Playa Flamingo if you want a lovely beach with soft sand, a couple of open bars and restaurants and direct sea access."
