"Magnifcent monument.
Must see.
I recomend train from Barça and cable car. You can buy combined ticket. Easy.
Tickets for Basilica and other are available on spot without waiting. At 13.00 hrs every working day there is a short concert from Boys choir. Must se and listen. It's beautifull. Like Walking on clouds.
After you must touch the Earth in Black Madona right hand.
At last I recenzent visita a wiewpoint at St. Mathew's cross. On spot can be chilly.
This is the place that I'll deffinetly visit again."

"Nice excursion from Barcelona. There are two way to go up to the monastery, aircabin or mountain train. Both are interesting but if choose both of them, one way aircabin and another way by train, cannot buy return ticket with discount. Both were interesting.
To visit monastery, better to check opening hours and book tickets in advance, especially high season.
Barcelona was 17+ but here was 6+. Felt ice cold. Better to take one sweater from Barcelona."

"Wonderful visit to Montserrat Monastery
Montserrat is truly a magical destination. The monastery, nestled among the impressive mountain peaks, offers breathtaking views and a unique sense of peace. The grounds are well-kept, and the atmosphere is deeply spiritual. It’s worth taking time to explore both the basilica and the walking paths around the monastery. An unforgettable experience!"
