Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the stunning, unspoiled natural beauty of Cabo de Gata, highlighting its crystal-clear waters and dramatic volcanic landscapes. Many praise the tranquility and the opportunity for exploration, whether by foot or car. While the lack of facilities and the need for self-sufficiency are noted, the overall experience is described as breathtaking and highly recommended for a relaxing, adventurous escape.

"A stunning place. Make it a day for swimming, exploring and eating."

Ciaran Harkin

"My friends took me here on my last day in Almeria for a beach day and it was probably the best beach day that I've had abroad. Swimming in the refreshing Mediterranean was just dreamy. Clear waters, pebbly beach and not crowded at all. BYO shade as there are no trees. No public toilets or changing rooms from what I saw. We brought a picnic lunch with lots of water and fruit juice. The park is huge and has many beaches and even a wee township to explore or have food and drinks (will do this next time). Parking is free (on the side of the main road). I think we left at around 8pm. A totally relaxing day at the beach and not far from Almeria at all. I'd totally go back for sure!"
