When I went to ask at the counter to file a complaint, no one was willing to come forward.
This is the first time this has happened to me with the patient care professionals at this center, who have always treated me in the best possible way, but this person lacks the professionalism and resources for that position. It's a shame that there are people like this in a public service that should be known for its cordial and responsive service."
