"Dear Protos.
You have been my favourite brand for years. Therefore I bought a private tour to Your winery today.
Unfortunately, I’ve also asked my private guide to buy a bottle of wine, while waiting a hour before.
Then, we’ve arrived.
Yes, we’ve had a half of bottle unconsumed. And that is it. We left it inside, with 2 glasses.
Was it a reason to send us outside, calling police? I think no. I’ve managed to calm all emotions down, but it’s something I don’t have to do during my time, being at holidays.
Therefore I ask for apology from Your command in front of me, That was really bad behaviour.
BRDS,
DMITRI"
