What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Gaudí Centre Reus for its brilliant and insightful explanation of Gaudí's thinking and life, especially when visited before seeing his Barcelona works. The interactive exhibits and rooftop restaurant are highlights, though some found the museum small and audio guides occasionally problematic.
"Brilliant museum explaining about Gaudi and how some of his work has come to life. Explained some of his thinking. Laid out over 3 floors. We spent 90 minutes there. If visiting Gaudi's work in Barcelona, helps to put it into context."
Sarah Taylor
"We enjoyed our visit to the museum. It's not large but interesting with boards in six different languages. There were audioguides or you can download a QR code and use your phone to get explanations. You can take photos in the museum but you may have to come out of the qr code site. We enjoyed the audiovisual items and being able to touch most exhibits. It's great the museum is open Mondays however the cafe is shut Monday and Tuesdays."
Susan Williams
"This was a great audio tour and representation of how Gaudi thought, his concepts and history of his life and main works. Definitely worth it if you are interested to hear more in depth than some of the tour guides give. If you can visit here before doing any tours in Barcelona. I did the tours first which were interesting but this gave a great foundation to what you will see on the tours.Highly recommend!"
