"Great hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were all super friendly and the hotel was kept spotlessly clean. There was always lots of activities or entertainment provided by the animation team, great swimming pools plenty of sun loungers. The beds were super comfy and the daily cleaning service was great. The only small negative was the hotel is needing a bit of a refurbishment in certain areas if this was done it would be our first choice for a holiday."

"I recently spent eight glorious days on holiday at Ohtels Les Oliveres in L'Ampolla, and I am absolutely compelled to write a review to highlight just how perfect this hotel was. From start to finish, the experience exceeded every expectation, especially considering the competitive price point. This resort offers incredible value for money, making it an outstanding choice for anyone seeking a high-quality holiday without breaking the bank.
The first thing to note is the unbeatable service. Every single member of staff, from the reception team to the restaurant personnel and the cleaning crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and attentive. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was obvious, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere throughout the entire week. It truly felt like they went the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience.
The room quality was another major highlight. Our accommodation was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a fantastic furnished balcony which was perfect for enjoying the views and the warm Mediterranean air. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and the modern, minimalist decor was very appealing. The eco-friendly amenities were a nice, thoughtful touch.
Speaking of facilities, the hotel is a true paradise. The sheer number of pools—indoor, outdoor, a children's splash park, and the serene adults-only rooftop pool with its panoramic view—meant there was always a perfect spot to relax, regardless of the time of day. The proximity to the beach (just a few minutes' walk) was also a huge bonus, offering easy access to the sea. The added amenities, such as the full spa services, tennis and padel courts, and the well-equipped fitness centre, provide entertainment options for every interest.
The dining experience was phenomenal. The main buffet restaurant offered a vast array of high-quality, fresh Mediterranean and international dishes, with excellent show-cooking stations. The variety was impressive for eight consecutive days, and the quality of the food, including fresh juice at breakfast, was consistently high. Dining felt like a pleasure, not a chore. The all-inclusive option is highly recommended for convenience and value.
The entertainment team also deserves special mention. They organized a diverse and engaging programme for both children and adults, ensuring a lively atmosphere that was never intrusive. Whether it was the evening shows or the daytime activities, the energy and professionalism were top-tier."

"It's surprising that this hotel has such good reviews. We stayed in La Pineda and Sitges on this trip, and compared to them, Les Oliveres was just terrible. We were given a dark, cold room right above the kitchen and the reception entrance. There was banging of dishes and tourists coming and going. There was also a manhole on the road, and every car made a loud noise hitting it.When we asked for a refund for the remaining days, hotel refused and said that only Booking.com can give a refund (which is strange because we paid cash at the hotel).We would have gladly left this place.The hotel offered another room with a sea view for an extra cost. We called Booking.com. Their support called the hotel, but the hotel said Booking.com hadn’t contacted them. Still, the hotel agreed to change our room to a similar one, but not right away.We changed rooms after two days, but the new room was also noisy in the morning because they were unloading food for the kitchen. So, you can’t call this a quiet hotel. One night, we woke up to terrible noise – the cleaning staff needed to clean the room across from ours at 4 a.m. It all felt like a big joke. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.
The food is below average. You won’t go hungry, but you won’t enjoy it gastronomically. Compared to the other hotels I stayed at, the food here is just awful.
We were there in October, and the weather was bad all the time, but if you go 50 km away, it’s sunny and warm."
