We went with the intention of having a good time, but what we experienced at this bar was the complete opposite. The treatment was absolutely appalling from the very beginning. The waitress was not only rude and impolite, but she also indulged in outright disrespect, displaying an arrogant and contemptuous attitude that was completely out of place.
Given this situation, we requested complaint forms, as is our right, and she flatly denied them. This behavior is completely illegal and leaves much to be desired from the establishment.
Not only did we leave with a terrible impression, but also with a feeling of helplessness for not having been able to formally record the mistreatment we received.
I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the last bar open."
