"Wonderful modernist building. That's it really. Long queues for cashier service (long time understaffed), no cashpoint machine, very poor at answering the phone, seemingly pushing everything onto internet banking. Ok, there are strict limitations on altering the facade, so no cashpoint possible in situ, but surely one inside? Or elsewhere near the Plaza? Lots of talk but no action. The only cashpoint is in the train station, which becomes unavailable when the station is closed, or the trains don't run over the winter period. Come on Santander: I know of at least three clients of yours that have closed their accounts and moved elsewhere because of the sheer inconvenience of banking in Santander Sóller Branch. And I'm sick to death of paying withdrawal commission fees to take money out of another bank's cashpoint machine. Not good!"
