"An intresting monument it's located on the promenade on the beach front, its a very large piece however I don't think they make the most of it, it is subscribed on in Spanish as you would expect however there is no translation to let you know what it's about, it has small fountains around it however in a fortnight we never saw them on, the lighting on it seems poor aswell"
