"A hidden gem.: an old flour factory. A guided tour explained very well. We were there with small children (4-8), and they made it interesting for them as well. Because it's a hidden gem, many local Spanish people. As I speak Spanish, I am not sure about language options. Maybe just call in advance. And best of all, there have a good restaurant in the facility next to a small river. No need to search for a restaurant in this rural area!"

"We loved the visit to the energy and flour interpretation center. Raúl, the guide, experienced the final stages of this flour mill's operation, which ceased operations a few years ago, so he knows its workings perfectly. This, combined with his profession as an engineer and the long family tradition in the flour and bread making trade, makes the visit very complete, enjoyable, and heartfelt.

We left with fond memories of the museum and a reflection on the importance of preserving the traditions and history of these places."

"I don't understand why visiting these types of museums isn't mandatory. It's impossible for us to understand that we need to make good bread, and for that, we need good flour. Raúl explains with the passion of a life spent transforming grain into flour from generation to generation. For the little ones, he's published a brilliant book. Congratulations."
