"A park with many potentials, but it's remained a mere wishful thinking. It's utterly underutilized. It only has a paved path with a bike lane, streetlights, a pond you can't get too close to, and... that's all. The surrounding weeds, overgrown enough to maintain the ecosystem, gave the park a sense of neglect. It's not worth visiting unless you live there. There's no parking; you have to leave your car in the nearby Dr. Morales (Vacuna) Park."

The lake is beautiful, but there's a lot of vegetation and you can't see it well (although that adds to its charm).

As a green space, it could be much more useful. At the very least, add some benches where you can rest in the shade.
