What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Cemiterio de Boisaca is praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained grounds, and the helpful, respectful nature of its staff. Visitors appreciate the readily available water for graves and convenient garbage disposal. However, the cemetery's vast size and sometimes confusing signage can make navigation difficult, leading to challenges in locating specific plots.
"Because it is always cared for and clean, you have water near the Graves to be able to clean them and put fresh water to the Flowers, Garbage Containers every few Meters. The gravediggers are attentive and helpful, as well as very respectful when it comes to performing a burial, removing ashes or helping you with whatever you ask of them, especially Guillermo. In addition to my loved ones being buried there and attending funerals, I usually go to lay flowers. And most of the Illustrious Galicians are there."

"Spacious, well connected, cared for, with friendly people who serve you.
If you know the grave it is easy, but very complicated depending on where it is. It is a grid, with putting up some appropriate signs numbering or giving names to the streets and determining from which number to which other grave number we can find there, it would be easier. Between 8000 and 9000, for example, there is a mess and a lack of correlation that cannot be believed. The staff is very friendly but finding someone to tell you can involve walking for a while and it is a very large place."

"A very large cemetery accessible by city bus, which departs from the city center and stops at the main entrance. There's also a flower shop next door. There are two parking areas, one at the main entrance and one at the rear."
