Reviews Summary
Santa Justa station is a functional transport hub with amenities, but can be chaotic, particularly during peak times and events like Semana Santa. Many travelers report issues with long security lines, leading to missed trains and frustration, with some finding the station unclear and lacking English information. However, others find it well-organized with useful facilities like free Wi-Fi and dining options.
"It’s very nice and organised place , the tickets and passengers line are very well organised ,you will have different cafes , fast food , small shopping , gift shops inside .
The trains are very clean and nice , there small cafe inside it ,you can have coffee , cookies, sandwich’s .
There’s free Wi-Fi .
However the only issue I faced was the information center it was to crowded ,perhaps this station needs a bigger one and more counters !"

"They are running a scam here. Check the dozens of other reviews of people forced to miss their train.
This station is not clear at all. No instructions in English anywhere (I don't expect privilege for being English, but there are obviously going to be a lot of English speaking tourists coming through here). No workers stood around to help. No screens working. I arrived 20 minutes early and missed by train because the line for security was so long. I had to pay another €110. Then I only had 10 minutes to get through... and the line was longer than before. They refused to refund me, refused to help me, I had to beg the woman at the front to let me though. Had several panic attacks in the process and might miss my flight. Delightful way to end a what was otherwise a gorgeous holiday."

"It was a convenient station. The platform numbers are displayed close to the departure time, but it’s manageable."
