"It's a shame how beautiful Sigüenza is compared to the state of its train station. The mid-afternoon train to Chamartín is often delayed. Furthermore, the station café was completely closed (someone told us it was because the manager was on leave, but I'm not sure). The station bathroom lacked a lock, hand soap, and toilet paper (at least the day we were there). But the worst part was that, since there were no employees at the station, no one provided information about delays or anything else unless you called RENFE yourself. We only heard the PA system used for the typical pre-recorded "no smoking" message, but there were no announcements about the service at all."
