Some tips:

"A great experience, lots of different options. Always try and negotiate a price, don't be shy. If the people let you go, don't worry about it, there are a few more similar shops for you to compare prices. Of course, some stalls/stands/people cannot negotiate a price, especially meats, foods and drinks, otherwise clothes and other items always have a better price. If it is the middle of summer, make sure to have enough water to drink and sunscreen. Take your time, explore all the streets around and have fun. There is the most authentic looking square within the market close to the church I think that is absolutely beautiful and stunning. Highly recommended."
