What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Early Christian Necropolis and Museum for its unique, well-preserved archeological site and incredible value, with entry costing only €5 and including the Archeological Museum. While some wish for more English information on displays, the available audio guide effectively bridges this gap. The experience of exploring the crypts is particularly memorable.
"Very unique and important archeological site and museum, and very cheap to enter. I do wish there was more written information, and that there was English or even Spanish included on the displays in the visitor center, but if you pull up the audio guide there are also English materials available for many of the displays (in the visitor center, the displays are only in Catalan). The full price of entry is only €5 (and that includes admission to the Archeological Museum too!!) so it's a VERY good deal and worthwhile if you have any interest in premodern history.
Also, the entrance to the museum is not located exactly where Google maps directs you to. If you are coming from southeast of the museum, you will pass the entrance on your way to the entrance where Google directs you."

"This is a very interesting place to visit. It's not so common to find such a preserved necropolis, with a lot of archeological material. It was a very nice visit. I reccomend going down to one or both of the cripts, it's really creepy, but in a good way"
