"Great walk from benalmádena. Takes about 2 hours, on easy roads and pathways. Very quiet on a sunny Tuesday spring day. Nothing open at the top. Walked back the other side of the mountain down to Alhaurin. Much more difficult to descend as the path is loose rock and stone and more of a scramble. But possible with decent trainers and strong legs."

Very quiet when I was there as only encountered one other jogger and 2 couples hiking the trails, whereas my start and finish at Benalmadena beachfront, joggers are a regular sight. Definitely returning here for longer day out on the trails."
