What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the electric atmosphere and non-stop entertainment on the Punta Ballena Magaluf Strip, calling it a must-visit for an unforgettable party experience. The sheer variety of bars, clubs, and late-night food options ensures there's always something happening. However, some find the intensity and crowds overwhelming, especially during peak season.
"I decided to stay here, as the price was much better than anywhere else for a solo traveller who likes a balcony with a view. My expectations were not that high, but on arrival there was not any real disappointment. The reception is a small office, through the gate, and into the carpark. The guy who runs the place is friendly and helpful. My room was on the first floor, which meant I had a bigger balcony than the other floors, but not as much of a sea view. The apartment was well equipped, microwave, cooker, fridge, utensils etc. Sofa bed. Separate bedroom with a hobbit wardrobe. The decor is very plain, and could do with tidying up. Decent shower pressure and temperature.
The cleaners came with fresh towels etc quite often.
As for noise... If you are a light sleeper, take some earplugs. The bedrooms are at the back, so once the doors are closed I had no issues, but bear in mind it is in the center of the party zone so you will hear some music, shouts, and the lucky lucky guys with their toy megaphones.
Location is a 1 min walk to the lovely beach. Convenience stores under the apartments, kebab shops next door, bars all around, and restaurants a plenty! Had no issues with security there, and luckily I had some fantastic people in neighbouring apartments.
If booking through a 3rd party, beware the tourist tax isn't included, it cost me about €50 extra for the 7 nights. Also he will take a deposit of up to €50 depending on how risky you look, which I had no issues getting back upon checkout. Checkout was prompt at 11am, but he was happy to store luggage there securely if you had a late flight. Cheers."
