"The waiting times in the queues are far too long! My daughters had two rides of 30 seconds each in 1.5 hours. This on a Monday. Also, the photos that are being forced onto the guests are way too expensive (9Euros) and it is such a waste of paper to throw the rest away. Absolutely not ecological!
Finally, the entrance to the water park is really steep, but it does not stop there, the prices for food and beverages are exaggerated (4 Euro for a soft drink!) and there is nothing healthy eat on the whole premises (I ordered a Ceaser salad, but it was made with greasy bacon and chicken nuggets instead of lean chicken breast). We bought a all inclusive bracelet, but the first purchase we made was already not according to the advertised conditions (apparently the bag of chips counted as two items instead of one!) and when we wanted to take an ice cream at 6:02 pm we were told, the badge is only valid until 1hour before closing (7pm). This too, was not stated in the conditions of use and felt like a rip off! On the whole, the impression one gets at the park is that all Auquapolis wants is more money, money fore every little service (sun beds for 9 Euros, locker for 8 Euros) and one is left with the question why did I pay 30 Euros per person to start off ?"
