"Been eagerly awaiting this stadium tour. The stadium itself lives up to the hype and I would pay the money again just to see it in person. But don't expect much from the tour. I wish they would do a better job at sharing stories and taking you to the important parts of the stadium. Or at the very least show you different parts of the stadium. Sadly, they just have a couple kids who share a few brief bits of information. Given that this is a great opportunity to make people lifelong fans and talk about the history and emotion of the club, I wish they would put more effort into the tour. If you ask me, use your money on a ticket to a game and skip the tour. But if you're there in the off-season, it's still beautiful to see inside."

"Great guides. Fun tour, but to me there were too many photo ops, and not enough history. Also, I was really looking forward to go on the upper levels, because Mestalla is so steep. It's the one thing I knew it for, and it was completely neglected by the tour, so I didn't get to see the view of the pitch from up there. Very disappointing. 13.5 euros was a bit much. If I could have paid that to only see the view from the top stands for a few minutes, and skip everything else, I would've done it."

"Unfortunately we were not informed at the time of purchase of tickets that there were no toilet facilities available during the tour.
My younger sister has a disability that requires her to have immediate access to toilet facilities, so we had to leave the tour just five minutes after it began and take her to a nearby bar to use the restroom. Returned to the ticket stand to explain the situation, staff assured me that a refund would be processed but 3 weeks later and still no refund. Emailed twice with no response. Very disappointing."
