We'll have the misfortune of enduring noise, drunk people, and heavy traffic, both cars and people. They should think more about the neighbors themselves than all the partying. Because working people who have to get up early to go to work won't be able to rest because a certain group of people wants to. Look, there are designated areas for these types of parties, and Vigo is big, but no... we're going to upset the neighbor on duty who has to work and won't be able to rest because those above them feel like it...
And of course, I'm not only leaving this message here for the record, but I'll also file the appropriate complaints with the Vigo City Council."
