"The Google hours are NOT correct.
I went there during 'Google hours' and it turns out it was still closed to the public. They didn't let me in (they were there but the hours are the hours, nothing to say), but, the worst part, I suggested that they correct the Google hours and they replied that 'THIS IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY', that they had their own hours.
As a public service, in my opinion, this is unacceptable.
I beg whoever is responsible to remedy this."

The opposite of the disrespectful people who come in after hours, I've seen families argue over money, the house is mine, and even more so without seeing that their loved ones are being buried. It's you who don't respect anything, you're greedy and selfish. While the employees try to do their jobs, you're not valued as they should be. They take care of our families, while you laugh, drink, and more. This is for those who don't know the value and respect for our loved ones and the people who care for them, thanks to the funeral homes and cemeteries. The maintenance and the risks, no one has valued how important they are and their work, that's all. And the families who are truly humble, think that those who are no longer here would prefer that you continue on and fight with respect and affection for those who are no longer here."
