He helped us with everything, explained everything very good and made us feel very welcomed. "This hotel was exceeded my expectations! It is gorgeous inside and out. The views from floor 1 were excellent of the ocean and pool. There are 3 huge outdoor pools 1 beautiful indoor pool. We visited in June and the hotel was full, but felt empty. We loved pool towel policy regarding reserving chairs. It's not allowed and people actually complied. There were plenty of chairs available at all times, sun and shade. Pools were quiet and empty. LOVED IT!
UPDATE: I forgot to mention that the rooms are outdated, but still clean and comfortable. There wasn't a light in the shower, so it was dark, but had great water pressure. Also, only sheets on the bed, no comforter, but blankets in the closet."
