"I came with my mother (who’s from Jaén in the south of Spain) and brother to learn about Olive Oil tasting as part of the experience, with Úbeda being one of the top producers of olive oil. I highly recommend it! Tomi was our instructor and was able to answer all of our nuanced and perhaps basic questions! Super educational. I loved it and if you’re someone who loves knowledge and “nerding out” on things, this class is for you."

"Our group of 15 visited this beautiful old building to learn about olives. What a fabulous learning and participation experience. We were explained the many aspects of the olive industry from growing and harvesting to tasting and grading in a very clear and concise yet easily understood way. Our entire group was kept totally engaged and focused by the expert guide who was bursting with knowledge and passion for olives. If I am passing near this beautiful old village again I will definitely include another experiential visit."

"As we were a large group we booked in advance. We were greeted warmly by our English speaking guide Andreas. We then proceeded to the 'classroom' where we had explained the process etc of making olive oil. Then came the tasting, accompanied by picos . Would recommend this visit to anyoneand afterwards chocolate!
What a fantastic and interesting morning we had. Would recommend this visit to anyone, it is quite an eye opener."
