"ODEL is spread across three floors in the OGF Mall. During my visit, I only explored the men’s section, and I was pleased to see that the selection has improved compared to a year ago. The range of clothing is better, offering good quality as always, which is one of the reasons I’ve consistently shopped at ODEL over the years.
However, while the staff were helpful, their demeanor remains unchanged—they were neither pleasant nor welcoming. This lack of warmth detracts from the overall shopping experience. Additionally, at the cashier, my clothes were handled carelessly and shoved into the bag, leaving them wrinkled.
ODEL continues to deliver on quality, but I strongly urge the management to focus on improving customer service. Staff should be more welcoming, pleasant, and attentive to ensure a better shopping experience."

"I went to this store to get some gifts for my friends and family in US. My husband came along to help.From the time we set foot employees started following us. I knew it was because my husband is a Black man.I confronted one employee and told him if he wants to help then help don't follow like a shadow.
At one point 2 people were following us. My husband tried to take it positively but I lost it when they kept following even we lined up to pay. I yelled at the employee and complained to the manager and decided not to buy anything. We don't spend our money in Antiblack stores. Odel do better!"
