"I purchased an Adidas shoe worth over Rs. 22,000, expecting quality and durability. Within just one month, the ankle area tore apart without any reason. They did exchange it that time, but guess what? The same design failed again within two months both shoes ruined in the exact same spot. They can’t even give me a reason for what happened instead, they tried to put the blame on me. That says everything you need to know about Odell Sri Lanka.
When I went back, they refused to exchange or even give me a proper explanation after they keeping it for week for an inspection . No accountability, no customer care, just excuses. If a shoe at this price point can’t survive normal use, and if the store’s only solution is to blame the customer, then what exactly are we paying for?
Odell loves to present itself as a premium shopping destination, but the reality is expensive price tags, poor quality, and zero responsibility. Don’t be fooled by the branding or the glossy showroom once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own.
