"Google said it’s open. We arrived 12.35. Security guy made clear it’s lunch break and they open up again at 2 pm. He was very kind but could not speak English (which is ok). He could not give any information whether it’s just for tea drinking, tea buying or even a factory tour. Seems this company is not prepared to attract tourists/customers. Also no sign at the gate about what they offer."

"I did the tour here. I made a day of it doing Little Adam's peak and the 9 arch bridge with this in the middle. The tour goes around every hour I think. The tour isn't great tbh. The lady who does it only knows exactly the bits she said and nothing more, she didn't really answer any questions. It's also a bit rushed as well but you get to drink some tea at the end so that's something.Probably better tours though in Ella."
