"The island is really beautiful and has such a unique vibe. The rooms are nice too. The PTI there is a bit unprofessional — he is the only one using the gym, and when we asked, he said the gym was closed. The hike is supposed to start at 6:00 am, but he only shows up around 7:00 am. Also, make sure to ask about the activities available — they usually don’t tell you unless you ask, but if you do, you can enjoy them. On a positive note, the manager there is excellent. Once we spoke with him, we received very good service. If they fix these small issues, the experience would be perfect.
One thing to note: the boat to the island only brings guests at 2:00 pm and takes them back at 10:00 am. If you need to leave earlier, you’ll have to pay LKR 5,500."
